What We Believe

1. In the infallible, verbal inspiration of the whole Bible. (2 Timothy 3:16, 17)

2. That God is a Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

3. In the literal six-day creation. (Genesis 1, 2)

4. In the virgin birth and deity of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 1:20; John 10:30)

5. In the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 2:9)

6. That salvation (i.e.- forgiveness of sins) is wholly by grace through faith in Christ. (Ephesians 2:8, 9)

7. That all believers are preserved eternally and can never lose their salvation. (1 Peter 1:5; John 10:27-30)

8. In the bodily resurrection of Jesus and His saints. (1 Corinthians 15)

9. In the literal second-coming of Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:11)

10. In a literal hell, as taught in the Bible. (Matthew 25:46)

11. That all cooperating bodies, such as associations, conventions, boards and committees are, and properly should be, servants of the churches. (Matthew 20:25-28)

12. That true, Scriptural baptism is restricted to full immersion in water of professed believers and that it is only to be administered by a New Testament church. (Acts 2:41)

13. That the Lord's Supper is a memorial ordinance, restricted to faithful church members of a local, New Testament church. (1 Corinthians 11:23-34)
